3 Materials Challenge: Day 12
I looked back at some more old photos and found one from nearly a year ago. Frodo was lying in the grass in our back yard, with a cardinal eating in a feeder between us. The photo itself is weird looking. I must’ve been zoomed in pretty far, because when I zoom in on my phone, it does this trippy blurring thing. Anyway, it was good enough for my very simple sketch.
My three materials today were a cheapo black pen with a fine point and two colors of Ohuhu dual-tipped markers—a darker green and a lighter green (61 and 73).
I doodled the dog with kind of squinty, sleepy eyes, which I’m still not sure about, but it’s just a fast, loose sketch. (It’s fine.) I did have fun doodling it, so that’s something.
Oh, and the theme I’m sensing (in reference to the blog entry title) is dogs. In case that wasn’t obvious!
